• Remember that not every member of staff can see the diary from the SIMS homepage - but it's easy to add using the 'configure' button as described in the video.
• Also remember to get the member of staff to login with their own SIMS user ID and password BEFORE you add the diary panel.
• If a member of staff can't see the School Diary panel on the homepage they can always use the Focus | School | School Dairy menu route instead.
