Key points from the video

• Use External ID (Student) in the CESThirdPartyFields rather than UPN or admission number
• Include Name and Reg if you want to be able to identify pupils in Power BI but note the data security GDPR implications
• Use Year taught in code rather than Year
• I usually choose Name and Reg, Date of birth, Reg group, Year taught in code, Gender, English as additional language, Ethnicity, Pupil premium indicator, SEN Status Code, In LEA Care and Admission date
• I called my file Pupil-Data.csv
• I called my saved report as Pupil Data Export
